claims under PHX_URBAN_V0. Colour = argmax category, opacity = posterior score.
Ticking Use OSM road-graph regions additionally builds a
kernelcal.urban.CityGraph from OSM buildings + the
road network and splices its road-aware adjacency + Laplacian
spectrum into the SceneGraph.
